Fred Kirkland has been performing magic for almost 30 years.   He started out in the business as a magician and professional clown in Virginia with the Funtastic Clown Association and became their Educational Director. During the six years he was the Educational Directory, he performed for local restaurants, private corporate events, country clubs, and Cripple Children’s Hospital.  He also participated in the Richmond, Virginia Jerry Lewis Telethon.

In 1994, Fred and his family moved to Georgia where he joined the local International Brotherhood of Magicians.  And he once got to perform at the Springer Opera House in Columbus, Georgia at the Christmas Pageant with Miss Georgia.

Fred enjoys entertaining children of all ages.  He has also performed at local churches, schools, day care centers, country clubs, the Star Lite Star Bright Organization, and the March of Dimes.

Fred likes to attend magic conventions  in order to keep up with what’s new and exciting.
